Shipping/Collection & Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, unless stated otherwise.

Each item is carefully packed with love and attention to detail.

Please note:

• VIRGIN HAIR orders have a longer processing time of up to 14 business days.
  
• If your order includes items with different processing times (e.g. Virgin Hair + in-stock glue), your full order will be shipped once all items are ready.
  
  
  To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend checking out separately.
  

We ship using Royal Mail (1–3 business days after dispatch).

Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

Please Note:

• We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail
  
• Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout
  
• Orders under £20 may include a standard shipping fee

Collection is not available by default at checkout — but it can be arranged by contacting us directly.

If you'd like to collect your order:

1. Message us first to agree on a date, time, and collection location
   
2. Once confirmed, go to checkout and:

• If we’ve agreed to Cash on Delivery, choose that option
• If your order is under £20, the system will apply a shipping fee
  👉 In the discount code section, enter Collection to remove the shipping fee
